Mario Molina is responsible for the design, strategy, and outreach for The Climate Reality Corps trainings and engagement program in the U.S. and abroad. Mario joined Climate Reality in April of 2013 and spearheaded the training of over 2,000 volunteers in Istanbul and Chicago that year. Along with wide-ranging international project management experience and a strong background in using metrics and analytics to orient program objectives and measure results, he brings a commitment to data-driven audience engagement to the initiative. Prior to joining Climate Reality, Mario was responsible for the operation and management of a climate education program that reached over 1.5 million students across the U.S. and several sustainability and conservation programs in Australia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Peru.

Summer Sanders attends the renowned private liberal women’s institution, Agnes Scott College where she majors in her very own student designed major – Mass Media Arts with a concentration in Radio, Television, and Film and she minors in Political Science. Summer is heavily involved within her community by founding various outreach organizations for the change and betterment of all society. She is a leader of Alliance for Climate Education. The iCare Ministry is one of her nonprofit organizations that partakes in various drives for clothes, food, and toys, and educational materials for children. Summer is a 2014 Honor Graduate from the great DeKalb School of the Arts where she was a member of the elite touring mixed show choir ensemble named Highleit and the vice-president of her school’s EcoTeam chapter. Additionally, Summer was a member of the advanced touring women’s show choir ensemble named ProArte’. Summer Sanders was also chosen by her peers to be the anchorwoman for the school news at DeKalb School of the Arts. Her career goals are to pursue becoming an anchorwoman on national news, do entertainment news, host a talk show, and to later write a sincere and powerful, inspirational novel.
