Gregory Mengel PhD is a scholar, writer, and educator exploring the intersections of ecological sustainability and social justice. He is a facilitator and leadership trainer with The Pachamama Alliance. He serves as a consultant for Pachamama Alliance on their educational programs and leads white privilege trainings for their pool of volunteer facilitators. Gregory also serves as a faculty member with the Prison University Project at San Quentin State Prison. He is committed to a vision of transformative social change through radical education, joyful service, and personal awakening. Gregory earned a PhD in Philosophy and Religion from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
